Lindsay is honored to have worked in the mental health field for nearly 20 years. Her approach to therapy is strengths-based, relational, and grounded in narrative and solution focused strategies. Lindsay is a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with children of all ages and their caregivers, as well as individuals and adults in varying stages of life. Lindsay has extensive training and knowledge in supporting children and families experiencing a mental health crisis. She is experienced in the areas of family and relationship conflict, complex family systems, parenting challenges, and grief and loss.
In her free time Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and friends! She loves coffee and all things sports. You will often find her at a field or a rink. In any spare time she has left, she enjoys reading, gardening, and seeing a good concert.
