While the physical benefits of yoga are well-known, its impact on mental and emotional well-being is equally profound. Join Amanda- a trained therapist and yoga instructor for a restorative experience designed to deepen the connection between your mind, body, and breath. Throughout the practice, participants will engage in self-reflection, breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation. Each class is $5 to attend.
