Open house style- Come and go as you please during the scheduled windows. Saturday Nov 29 1-3pm, Friday Dec 5 8-10am, Friday Dec 12 11am-1pm, Friday Dec 19 8-10am. Stay for 10 minutes or the full two hours—whatever you need. There is absolutely no sign-up or registration needed.

What to Expect: This is not a yoga class or a guided meditation—it is simply a space for quiet, self-directed reflection. 100% Silence: Absolutely no talking allowed. This removes all pressure to engage with others or meet expectations. Ambient Comfort: Enjoy calm background music, gentle lighting, and the use of soft blankets and comfortable yoga mats. Mindful Activities: Materials will be available for quiet, low-pressure mindful activities, such as sketching or journaling. This is a no-commitment, no-pressure space. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just need a moment to reset, simply come to the yoga room at Becoming Together during any of the dates and times listed above. Give yourself permission to pause.
